Outdoor events

Outdoor training is generally suitable for groups of about six to eight people. More can be accommodated on request. Exercises are designed to simulate the workplace, not replicate it, and will be challenging; mentally as well as physically for each participant. Outdoor training sees people behave in natural ways like we do when we’re under pressure in the workplace. Nobody will be pushed further than safe limits (it’s not about swimming under boats) but they will be encouraged to push themselves beyond what they think is possible.

The key to valuable outdoor learning is the debrief that happens after the exercise. This is where learning is drawn out and people are given the chance to reflect on what they did well and what they would do different.
