Our people

David White

David has worked in training and development for over 17 years. During this time he has worked with many household names and blue-chip companies to enhance their capability.

By building strong relationships David quickly develops an understanding of the culture and needs of the organisation, group or individual and tailors his approach accordingly. He relates to the whole range of character traits found in people in organisations and tailors his style to suit their preferred approach.

David is one of the country’s leading training designers and his training has been acclaimed by attendees as well as training and development professionals. His approach is primarily about catering to the different people who will attend the training; always ensuring that the design of the event keeps the interest of the learner as well as achieving the objectives of the programme. Much of the training, whether classroom based or experiential, makes use of exercises to give people a chance to practice and demonstrate skills. David’s creativity ensures a memorable experience that resonates with the day-to-day job of the participant.

When delivering training, David has a very personable style of delivery, meaning he is able to create relationships with learners quickly and they soon feel like they have an ally in him. This enables challenge of the learners and feedback to them in the most powerful way, creating lasting development and change.

David’s main area of expertise is communication and he achieves results in this area through traditional classroom delivery; coaching on an individual or team basis and even on the job mentoring. David has developed skills as he has set up a range of communication centres both in the UK and overseas.

David has a Certificate in Human Resource Development (CIPD), Level B British Psychological Society (OPQ, Myers Briggs and Ability Tests) and is an accredited Potentia® System user (potential measurement).
